Spring gave New York a completely different atmosphere. Blooming trees added color to Manhattan’s streets, the fog made the skyscrapers disappear into the clouds, and the whole city felt a little softer than usual. It reminded me that every season tells a different New York story.

Roosevelt Island
One of my favorite discoveries was Roosevelt Island. I had somehow missed it on my previous visits, but this time it quickly became one of my favorite spots in the city. The Roosevelt Island Tramway offers incredible views over the East River and Manhattan, and arriving on the island during cherry blossom season made the experience even more special.

Cocktails with views
For one of the best views in the city, I visited Pen Top, the rooftop bar at The Peninsula Hotel. Sipping a cocktail while looking down over Fifth Avenue is one of those classic New York experiences that’s hard to beat—especially as the city lights begin to come alive.

The Best Gluten Free Pizza Ever
Of course, no trip to New York is complete without pizza. Pizza Arte on 55th Street was one of my favorite food discoveries, serving delicious wood-fired pizza (with great gluten-free options too).

And because no New York itinerary is complete without a little shopping, I also spent some time at The Shops at Columbus Circle, one of my favorite places to browse, grab a coffee, and escape the busy streets for a while.
New York has a way of feeling different every time you visit. Maybe it’s the changing seasons, maybe it’s the endless possibilities—but somehow there’s always another place to discover and another story waiting around the corner.
